These terms govern the use of the NDC TEIN Valley View University website for membership applications, verification, and related services. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Membership Applications
Applicants must provide accurate personal, academic, voter, and TEIN membership information. Submitting the form does not automatically grant membership; applications may be reviewed, approved, declined, or returned for correction by authorized institution executives or data centre administrators.
Use of Submitted Information
Information submitted through this website may be used for membership review, identity verification, institutional reporting, communication, and record management. TEIN VVU may share relevant application data with authorized NDC TEIN data centre systems when integrations become available.
Verification Access
Membership verification is intended only for the member whose student ID and registered email are used. Record access may be limited by OTP checks, session expiry, and other controls to reduce unauthorized access.
Record Corrections
Members cannot edit approved records directly from the verification page. If a record contains inaccurate or outdated information, the member should contact their institution executives for review and correction.
Acceptable Use
Users must not submit false information, attempt to access another member record, interfere with website security, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes.
Policy Updates
TEIN VVU may update these terms as membership processes, backend integrations, legal requirements, or data centre workflows change.
