Official Statement on Student Welfare

Issued by the President of NDC TEIN VVU — April 15, 2026

The executive of the NDC Tertiary Education Institutions Network at Valley View University wishes to draw urgent attention to the growing challenges facing students.

Our Concerns

  • Rising accommodation costs that price students out of on-campus housing
  • Inadequate library resources and limited access to digital academic databases
  • Poor healthcare access on campus, particularly mental health services

Our Call to Action

We call on University Management to engage student leadership in meaningful dialogue to address these issues.

Signed,

Kofi Mensah President, NDC TEIN VVU
